Broken storm drain causing instruction

Broken storm drain cover along Martin Road, near entrance to the housing development site, has been fenced off for many weeks now, causing an obstruction to vehicles using Martin Road.

This is a bus route, with buses already struggling to navigate the narrow twisting road.

This needs fixing ASAP, as there is now an increase in traffic along the road, due to cars diverting because of the road works along Barton's Rd. Also lots of heavy plant vehicles in & out of the housing development site (these are no doubt the ones who broke it)
