6.15 onwards the Serco street cleaning machine is continually driving around Both the pedestrianised part of Sandgate Road and Guildhall street. Everyday the machine wakes the residents of the street while cleaning the roads. Today the street wakes up at 6.15 am. It is summer most people have their windows open and the noise is awful, but we are under the impression that no cleaning is to take place before 7am. this also should mean not driving it up and down the street before 7 am which is as bad
