Constant noise from speeding cars and motorcycles

I am speaking on behalf of several residents who are all complaining and distressed at the speeding vehicles/motorbikes in the location of Butts Ash Lane and Yelverton Avenue. We all have to live with constant noise pollution from high speed acceleration and racing of these vehicles with revamped exhaust systems. The parking at the junction at Yelverton/Butts Ash can be dangerous and excessive. Residents have brought this subject to the attention to several different authorities but to no avail.
