Martins newsagent, Bridge Street, Downham Market. Staff of this shop regularly places cones in the parking bays in front of their shop and the neighbouring shops, deliberately, so as to deny the use of these short term parking bays to other people, The photo was taken at 11.00 on 19 02 20. This practice has been reported to NCC (it is part of the highway), several times before but nothing has been done about it. The cones, when not obstructing the parking bays, are stored in their shop. Please will you ensure that Martins ceases this practice. Thank you.
