Insufficient traffic lights on the A41 junction to Haydock Road (Kingsmere Estate, Premier In)

I reported this problem yesterday and you redirected me to the police. The car running the red light might be a specific problem for the police but the issue of the junction itself is surely one for the council. The incident is not an isolated one, it happens all the time. The traffic lights need highlighting/moving/changing/put over the road itself. A safety review needs to be done. I will no longer be driving that way but once an accident takes place on that junction I will make this report known and that the council refused to take action.
