This property is totally unsightly. This has been owned by Kaz Miah since May 2015 and he seems to have allowed this property to deteriorate more and more. It really lowers the tone of the whole street and shows disrespect for the neighbourhood.

6 Kings Road continues to be an eyesore, and the Local Authority continue to do nothing.

Some improvements have been made to this property mostly as a result of two articles in the Portsmouth News. But as of today - 25th March there is still a skanky mattress in the property. A very cheap door has been used as a front door. Nothing has been done to the front garden. Rubbish has been blowing everywhere.
