Sunken man hole causing vibrations from 0400 in morning due to trucks tyres continuously hitting the side of sunken man hole . Cracks appearing in house

The sunken man hole is outside 131 ham road. From around 0400 when there is no traffic on road , large trucks come down at a high speed and their tyres hit the walls around the sunken man hole causing vibrations which makes our rooms shake
Not only is it causing us to wake up 0400 in the morning but cracks are appearing inside our house which is a great concern
