Outside driveway

Hi I’m complaining about cars parked right outside my driveway and blocks my way out and hard to see as car parked right opposite my house and very difficult to get out. These people have no empathy and feel that they can park and block my driveway. No consideration and dangerous for my kids when they go out as no beacon crossing and no speed bumps on this road. Also a car ran into my wall broke all my wall and the driver ran off and no money to fix this. There is a medical centre and people abuse the road parking for residents living there. I need double yellow lines outside my driveway as causing me a lot of problems and when I ask politely to move they start swearing and say gonna break my windows can’t win.
