Cycle route unsigned and inaccessible

To the southern side of the east end of East Street in Fareham there is a useful cycle/pedestrian "cut through" to/from safe crossings of the roundabout. Cycling eastbound here, there is no visual or signed clue to its existence, and any attempt to turn right at either of the vaguely possible places is dangerous. I suggest that suitable signage along with some sort of central refuge facility is required here. Thank you.
