Driver mounted the narrow footpath as a mother and her three kids were walking by, they had to stop and then walk past single file as driver opened his door he could have hit a child with his door, had it not been for the grabbing the child to stop. the time was 16.30pm and outside number 107 green lane road. since the footpath was narrow because of the drivers bad parking there wasn't enough room for mobility scooter or wheel chairs to traverse the footpath
