Something is clearly wrong / changed with the light timings on the St Margaret's Roundabout in Titchfield.

There are looking queues / delays travelling from the Titchfield gyratory along the A27 fir no reason apart from the lights. The flow around the roundabout appears to have changed sometimes only allowing 3 vehicles through before they back up on the next set of lights.

Please can this be looked into as it's never been this bad before.
