"The Church road car park is a mess with all the weeds. Also there is the charity bins in the car park that need to be rearranged to follow the contour of the wall rather than how they are arranged at the moment as people are dumping rubbish around them, thus making it look an eyesore. It is encroaching another parking space. The kerbstone are also coming loose and therefore could cause damage to cars and pedestrians."
