Bushes grown over pathway and benches

Please can you cut back the hedge in the park along the pathway from Lapwing Close to Mallards Way that goes over Pesky Bridge and pass the childrens playground in the park. The hedge is covering the path and starting to swallow the benches and brambles are hanging down to catch people in the face. Please can you get the contractors to do a proper cut this time, last time they did the absolute minimum and it soon grew back to start catching clothes as you walked the path. Thanks
