Lay-by being used to sell motor vehicles by trader

This lay-by is being used to sell motor vehicles by a local motor trader who appears to constantly have multiple vehicles for sale there.

This is contrary to the clean neighbours and environment act 2005 - part 2 (vehicles) - exposing vehicles for sale on a road.

The lay-by currently has 3 vehicles for sale left in it leaving minimal space for legitimate people who need to park there and people stopping in the road to look at the signs on each causes an obstruction. Won't be long before an accident occurs.
