Various highway issues

I am the coordinator for the Sandringham Way & Longleat Close Neighbourhood Watch and my members have raised the following highways issues: Sandringham Way: The road from the junction with Chatsworth Drive is a cul-de-sac but drivers are unaware of this, thinking that they can progress via Sandringham Way to Rockingham Road. A cul-de- sac sign is required at this junction. Overnight Street Lighting at the bottom end of Sandringham Way: Following the street lighting being extinguished in the early hours, this has led to the junction at the bottom of Sandringham Way being very dark and a potential road traffic accident area and a security risk. Could the street light adjacent to no 32 be turned back on all night? Ketterring Road: There has been an increase in speeding on Kettering Road despite the 40 mph and 30 mph signs. Could the speed limits be amended so that the maximum speed is 30 mph along its whole length. This has become an issue with the increase in traffic flows resulting from further house building off Kettering Road.
