Potholes for 1/2 mile after railway bridge

The shoulder of the road on both sides is being eroded and has collapsed into potholes on a 1/2 mile stretch between the railway bridge and the entrance to test valley golf club. This has been an issue for over 12 months, I commute every weekday on this road. I have had wheel damage and blown tires as have many colleagues of mine that travel on this road.

    20/04/19 hit one of the many large potholes along this stretch and look at the damage to both my nearside wheels which resulted in flare tyres. I had to wait for recovery for 2 hours. The damage at the side of the road is not new but this time I was unable to avoid them as there were 2 cars on the other side of this already narrow stretch.
