Sunken utilities trench on shared use path in Beggarwood Woodland Park, Basingstoke

On the section of the shared use path between Wallop Road and Beggarwood Lane, the path is crossed twice by a utilities trench that appears to run from Beggarwood Lane to the wooden wall (goal?). This trench was never filled properly, and the path has collapsed (as has the surrounding soil). The collapsed path appears to be several centimetres lower than the surrounding path. This presents a trup hazard and a hazard to cyclists.
