Street lights destroyed by cars not replaced

3 street lights that have been hit by cars (2 have been removed completely and another is severely bent and not working, but still standing) have not been replaced. All are on the side with the Elliotts shop - 2 before the roundabout (as you come from Gosport towards Fareham), 1 after the roundabout. They have SSE stickers - one missing and one damaged are before and after light no 26, and the other missing one is number 16.
