Footpath outside No 30 Oakridge Road, Basingstoke leading to the pedestrian crossing point mud is deposited on these footpaths when a car is repeatedly driven over the grass verges (now mostly ruts/mud). Especially when it is wet or dark this footpath is very dangerous. Who will get this fixed BDBC or HCC?
