Paint chip on car caused by lose stones from road work. Peak lane, Fareham.

Travelling along peak lane North bound from Stubbington to Fareham. My car was damaged to due lose stones on the surface of the road. Current road works under way and due to the new Stubbington by-pass being in place peak lane is the only reasonable road to take. I heard stones had hit my car on the drivers side (photographs incuded) and when I reached home I had discovered two marks on my drivers side both of which have removed paint.
