Too many cars parked on double yellow lines and causing obstruction to drivers wanting to turn left or right on to Belgrave road

More traffic Wardens need to fine these people. Most of them park there cause they are using the HSBC bank or going into the Blue Peter Club. It might be a good idea to also let the club know that they need to make their punters aware that they are causing an obstruction. Only 2 cars are able to get through the lights at the end of Law street due to the obstruction caused by the parked cars on the double yellow lines. Something needs to be done about this. The traffic wardens would have a field day issuing fines on that road.
