Dumping of rubbish (Bags of DVD security cases)

Two black bin bags that appear to contain the security boxes that enclose DVDs in shops have been dumped at the side of the road.
Coming from Bicester Road, the bags are on the right hand side of the road after Beagles close in the wooded area - the bags are actually closer to the next property on Water Eaton Lane.
This is a frequent dumping ground so perhaps some kind of preventative measure would be useful.
