Potholes & uneven road surface at junction

At the junction of the A272 and Shipley Road, traffic turn from the A272 into Shipley Road is turning onto a series of potholes / uneven road surface. The potholes arent very deep yet but traffic usually leaves the A272 at reasonable speed (too fast), and it is impossible to avoid the uneven road surface as you join the Shipley Road. I've witnessed several cars slide and have to brake hard as they've hit these bumps at speed and it's only a matter of time before they contribute to an accident.
