Road Surfacing

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing on behalf of Lympne Parish Council to find out the current situation regarding the road surface at Belcaire Close Lympne. The road is currently unmade and develops pot holes and uneven surfaces and there have been recent requests from residents as to when this will be improved. The situation has been like this for many years. At the moment there are water work repairs in progress which may have prompted the residents to contact us. We would like to know if there are any plans to lay a more permanent and appropriate surface which in the long term would mean less on going patching and if so when would these repairs take place.
