Flytipping Millharbour E14

23.11.17 - Flytipping of general household waste in multiple bags on the path by the TH litter bin along Millharbour, E14 near Byblos Harbour Restaurant. This has been going on regularly for the past few months now and it is the second time it has been reported to TH council. Household waste is dumped in tied up plastic bags and includes food waste so this clearly a health hazard. The waste must be being dumped by nearby residents as you would not go to work with your bin bag! The residents in Millharbour and Marsh Wall are obviously just dumping waste in the local verges and by bins and this needs to be stopped otherwise all the new residents in the huge proliferation of housing blocks in this area will do the same thing. Please can something be done and some signs put up to deter others from doing the same. Thank you.
