Pothole on road/highway in Eton Close

A couple of weeks ago I sent a report in regarding a pothole on the road Eton close on the highway next to the pavement just at the entrance to the cul-de-sac of 6-8 Eton Close. See attached photo of the deep hole where it has collected rainwater. This hole has to be driven over by residents driving out of the cul-de-sac and could easily damage a car as the drop from the pavement into the hole is quite drastic. However it seems that since reporting this pothole other repairs have been made to the highway further along but for some reason not the pothole reported. Please can you revisit this matter and repair the pothole on the highway next to the pavement just at the entrance to the cul-de-sac of 6-8 Eton Close?
