Still rubbish being flytipped under the hedges and on the grass at DG3 Building on Marsh Wall & Millharbour, E14. This is the fourth time this has been reported to Tower Hamlets Council recently. The landowners need to be held accountable for the public health hazard they are ignoring. Thank you.

Tower Hamlets council advised by email that as this is private land that they can't do a thing about the dumped refuse. Perhaps their inability to internally refer this to their own Environmental Health department is the reason they are the worst council in the UK for rat reports? Private ownership of land does not bestow immunity from prosecution under the UK's Environmental Health powers. The dumping of household rubbish and food items is widespread all around this area and is now increasing due to irresponsible residents of the new flats. It must be tackled. Still more bags of rubbishe are is being dumped by bins on the pavement in this area now and over the road on Millharbour.

Still rubbish being left under the bushes, by the litter bin and in the grounds of DG3 building on the corner of Millharbour and Marsh Wall. As at 26.3.18 - over 4 months since this previous report.
