Over-running roadworks

Anfon at Hampshire County Council 2 funud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 1081752.

I believe the A325/Liphook Road Junction was billed as being closed for 10 weeks from 8th May, 2017. As we are now at 12 weeks and counting, the queues at busy times are horrific and causing massive amounts of pollution with all the vehicles stationary waiting to move through the junction, why hasn't it been re-opened, particularly as it appears that no work is actually being undertaken on the Liphook Road or the junction, just adjacent to it?
