Pavement is disappearing into bushes and trees

The yew tree overhangs the whole pavement and is too low for most people to get past without stooping down. Impossible on a bike. There is no pavement on the opposite side of the road. It is forcing people onto the busy road. Further South the pavement has been reduced to half its width by trees. Residents seem to have no concept of pedestrian travel or civic duty.
