Smokers not using designated smoking areas

Staff of HSBC stand outside of the building smoking. Other staff have to walk down the pavement lined with smokers to get to the side entrance. The council does not enforce the general no smoking in Canary Wharf.

The council, while saying that the care about the health of workers in the area and that they insist that people use designated smoking area, they do nothing to impose the rules.

Not only has it not been fixed, but I have talked to one of the security guards (Cannary Wharf, not HSBC), who say that HSBC staff should sort out the problem. HSBC security say that there is nothing that they can do, Someone with the right level of authority should fine the people smoking there

People continue to use the bus shelter as a smoking venue

HSBC staff continue to fill the pavment with discarded cigarette buts and pollut the air. Please enforce the smoking zone as the council boasts they care for everyone's health
