Right of safe passage

Subject: Accessibility query regarding pavement obstruction on Celtic View, MaestegLocation: Celtic View, Maesteg, CF34Vehicle Details: White BMW X1, Registration: BW65 DFLI am writing to kindly ask for the council's help regarding a regular pavement obstruction on Celtic View, Maesteg. The white BMW X1 noted above parks heavily on the footway, leaving only a few inches of clearance against the wall.I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and am a full-time wheelchair user. Because this vehicle blocks the pavement, it is impossible for my wheelchair to pass. I am forced to go out into the road around the car, which makes me feel very vulnerable and unsafe with the oncoming traffic.I have attached clear photos showing the vehicle and the space left on the path. Under the Equality Act 2010, public paths should be accessible to everyone, and vehicle tax does not grant permission to block public walkways. Please could you help me with my right of way here? I would be so grateful for any guidance or assistance the council can provide to help me use the footpath safely again.
