Usual weekly overspill of rubbish

Lane on Whitchurch Place between the terrace houses & Gardeners decorating merchants has the usual weekly overspill of general rubbish plus commercial cooking size metail oil containers & large, ommercial size blue rubbish bins that restrict the width of the lane to vehicles & on. As students are not backi in uni. as yet the blame can not be put on them. Also, as the terrace house run parrel to the lane & do not have rear access to the line it's unlikely to be rubbish from residences. This only leaves the commercial properties fronting Crwys Rd that back on to this lane falls into the category- "Out of sight, out of mind".
