The debris on the curbs is dangerous to the elderly neighbours and myself who use a mobility scooter. The public drains are full of dead leaves etc so when we get a heavy downpour they overflow, making it even more dangerous for us. The public hedges (x3) are so overgrown that they can block someone hiding behind it which is dangerous for the females that live in Whitstable Close plus they drip water onto you as you walk past them. We have a number of elderly and disabled pple living in the close and its extremely dangerous for us
